These terms and conditions apply to your use of the nesstar.co.uk website and every order placed with Nesstar Ltd. We are committed to providing an exceptional service to our customers. Prior to placing an order, please read these terms carefully and ensure you agree.
Our Contract with You
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the product(s). We’ll send an order acknowledgement to your email. The contract becomes binding once your products are ready for dispatch. Until then, we reserve the right to cancel—for example, due to pricing, listing, or stock errors. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund.
Availability
We aim to display up-to-date stock levels, but errors can occur. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly to resolve the situation.
Information on the Website
All images, descriptions and specifications are provided by our distributors or manufacturers. Product dimensions exclude protruding features (handles, knobs); weights and measurements are approximate guides only.
Colours and images are as accurate as possible, but may vary by device settings or manufacturing changes.
Customer reviews reflect individual opinions and do not form part of product specifications. We’re not liable for inaccuracies in reviews.
All copyright in site content (photos, text, data, layout) belongs to us or our suppliers. You may use it only as expressly authorised.
We may update our website and its content without notice; the terms at the time of order always apply.
Prices
All prices displayed include VAT but exclude delivery, unless stated otherwise.
Promotional or discounted prices apply only to selected products, are subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at our discretion. Delivery charges, conditions, and exclusions may apply.
Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards via a secure 3rd-party portal and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.
We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed potentially fraudulent, even after confirmation.
Delivery
We deliver to all UK postcodes. Additional charges and 48–72 hour delivery times may apply to certain areas (remote Scotland, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey).
Large or heavy items may not fit through narrow access. Please inform us of any restrictions when ordering. If needed, we’ll arrange an alternative drop-off point.
Unforeseeable events (adverse weather, road closures) are beyond our control. We’ll do our best but can’t be held liable for delays caused by such events.
Enhanced delivery options (e.g. two-man service) are available at checkout. If you don’t select an appropriate service, we can’t be responsible for delivery issues.
Important Information
Please don’t book contractors or fitters until you’ve received all products in good condition. Delivery lead times are provisional—unexpected logistics delays are possible, and we aren’t liable for related expenses.
If part of your order is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an ETA. You can choose to dispatch available items immediately and have the rest sent later.

Things Beyond Our Control
We aren’t liable for failure or delay due to events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Industrial action
- Civil commotion, terrorism, war
- Natural disasters or adverse weather
- Transport or telecommunications failures
Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events, and we’ll take reasonable steps to resume performance.
Our Liability to You
We strive for fair, responsible service. If we’re at fault, we’ll take full responsibility and work with you to correct any issues.
Products are for private, domestic use only. We’re not liable for:
- Loss of profit or business opportunity
- Death or personal injury (except where we’re negligent)
- Fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of implied Sale of Goods Act terms
- Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
