We deliver next business working day for all orders placed before 2:30pm Monday-Friday to 99% of UK postcodes free of charge.

Some of the products we sell are large and heavy to carry, so there may be occasions when we may be unable to get it into your property. Whenever possible we would ask you to supply information to this effect to us as quickly as possible.  If you have many steps, corridors or doors which are too narrow or there are other obstructions we may not be able to successfully delivery your product.  In these types of situations, it may be possible to offer delivery to an alternative location so that you get the product in yourself.

Sometimes things happen that we simply cannot foresee or control – such as adverse weather or an event which has caused road closures.  Whilst we will try our hardest to work around such unforeseeable events, we can’t be held liable if we can’t fulfil delivery due to reasons beyond our control.

Yes. Deliveries to certain remote or island postcodes - including parts of Scotland (AB, FK, G82–G84, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE), the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Jersey (JE) and Guernsey - may incur a surcharge and typically take 48–72 hours to arrive.

Some products are large or heavy, and narrow steps, corridors or doorways can prevent us from bringing them inside. Please let us know of any such restrictions as soon as you place your order. If we can’t deliver directly, we’ll work with you to arrange an alternative drop-off point so you can bring your purchase in yourself.
