How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer fast UK delivery on most items. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, but estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. You’ll also receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase date, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at cs@nesstar.co.uk to arrange your return.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?

Do you offer installation services?
While we don’t offer installation ourselves, many of our products come with detailed fitting instructions. We recommend using a qualified professional for installation to ensure the best results.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes. All products are backed by a manufacturer warranty. After you receive your order, be sure to register your products for warranty here.
Which payment methods do you accept - and can I spread the cost?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you’d rather pay over time, choose Klarna at checkout for Buy Now, Pay Later.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse you’ll get an email (and SMS if you opt in) with a live tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or I'm not happy with my order?
Please email cs@nesstar.co.uk within 48 hours, quoting your order number and attaching photos of the damage, the packaging and the address label. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away - just don’t attempt installation until we’ve confirmed next steps.
