When will I receive my item?
We offer fast UK delivery on most items. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, but estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. You’ll also receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Can I change or return my item?
Yes, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase date, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at sales@nesstar.co.ukto arrange your return.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes, we’re happy to support trade customers and larger projects. Please email sales@nesstar.co.uk with your requirements and our team will get back to you with a tailored quote.
Which payment methods do you accept - and can I spread the cost?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you’d rather pay over time, choose Klarna at checkout for Buy Now, Pay Later.
Will I receive tracking information on my order?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse you’ll get an email (and SMS if you opt in) with a live tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
How do I register my warranty?
It’s quick: head to Register Your Warranty, enter your order number and a few contact details, and we’ll log it with the manufacturer straight away.
